Rule 2:6-5 Contents of Reply Brief and Appendix

After you file your main brief in an appeal, you have the option to file a reply brief responding to what the other side said in their brief. You do not have to file one, but you can if you want to address their arguments.

Your reply brief must follow the same formatting rules as your original brief. It can be either a formal brief or a shorter letter brief. You can also attach extra pages from the court record if they help support your reply.
