When asking a court for emergency help, you can combine two types of requests into one document instead of filing them separately.

You also need to make sure you file enough copies of your paperwork. If you are going to the Supreme Court, you must file the original plus 8 copies. If you are going to the Appellate Division, you must file the original plus 4 copies.
