Rule 1:17A-7 Procedure

The Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics gets to decide how it runs its own process. This includes how it handles questions that come in, how it writes its opinions, and how it makes decisions.

This rule basically gives the committee the freedom to set its own internal rules for getting work done. It does not spell out those procedures here; the committee figures them out on its own.
