§ 218.30 [Repealed]

This rule has been repealed, which means it's no longer in effect. It used to be part of the Uniform Rules for the Trial Courts in Capital Cases, but the courts removed it and it no longer applies to any case.

If you're looking for guidance on a capital case issue that this rule used to cover, you'll need to check current court rules to find out how that topic is handled now. Repealed rules are kept on the books mainly for historical reference, so people can see what the rule number used to contain, but you can't rely on this section for any legal purpose today.
