§ 200.8 Official forms

Courts that handle criminal cases must use a specific set of official forms. These forms are listed in a separate chapter of the court rules dedicated to criminal court paperwork.

Every court across the state has to use these same forms. They don't have to be copied word for word, but they need to stay basically the same as the official version. This keeps things consistent, so no matter which courthouse a case is in, the paperwork looks and works the same way.
