Rule 18 Title and Citation

This rule simply gives the official name for this set of rules and explains how to reference them. The rules are called the "Admission to Practice Rules," and anyone writing about them (like in a legal document or court filing) can shorten that to "Admission to Practice R."

This is mostly a technical, organizational rule. It does not create any rights or requirements for people involved in a case. It just tells lawyers, judges, and others how to properly cite these rules when they need to refer to them in writing.
