Rule 10.3 Electronic Court Seals

When a court document needs an official seal, it doesn't have to be a physical stamp anymore. An electronic image of the court's seal works just as well, as long as it's paired with an electronic version of the signature from the judge, clerk, or other authorized person. This means documents can be sealed and signed digitally instead of requiring someone to physically stamp and sign paper copies.

The state court administrator decides what these electronic seals should look like and sets the format for them. This keeps things consistent across the court system, so an electronic seal from one case looks and works the same way as one from another case.
