Rule 9.2 Appeals from Municipal Courts
Rule Text
All appeals under N.D.C.C. §§ 40-18.1-19, 40-18.1-20, and N.D.R.Crim.P. 37 from determinations of municipal courts must be filed with the municipal court and heard in the district court of that county.
