Rule 1103 Title and Citation

This rule simply gives the official name for this set of rules. They are called the "North Dakota Rules of Evidence."

It also gives the short way to refer to them in writing, like in court papers or legal documents. Instead of writing out the full name every time, people can use the short form "N.D.R.Ev." This makes it quicker to reference the rules when citing them in briefs, motions, or other court filings.
