Scope of Rules. These rules govern the procedure in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (“the Superior Court”) in all suits of a civil nature whether cognizable as cases at law or in equity, except as otherwise provided in Rule 81. They shall be construed and administered to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding.
Date of Application. These rules apply to civil actions commenced after the effective date of these rules.
Definitions. As used in these rules:
(1) “Address” means physical and mailing address. Physical addresses in the Commonwealth must be described in a manner sufficient to identify the property.
