Rule 82.1 Absence of Counsel

Article XI: General Provisions

Whenever an attorney plans to be away from the Commonwealth, or otherwise unavailable for the transaction of business at the attorney’s regular office in the Commonwealth, for a period of 3 consecutive days or more, such attorney must, not later than 15 days prior to the anticipated dates of absence, submit an Off-Island Report using the “Off-Island Report” feature on the CNMI Bar Association website.
