Rule 10 Filing Fees

Court Filing Fees. All filers shall pay all statutory, court filing, and transaction fees for documents e-filed through the E-system. E-system Filing Fees. A registered filer shall pay all fees imposed by the E-system provider to access and use the E-system. These fees are in addition to statutory and court filing fees.
