Rule 15 Certificate of Service
Article III: General Provisions
Rule Text
A person who serves a document conventionally shall prepare and file a proof of service affirming that service was completed on all conventionally served persons. The certificate shall state the date, time, and manner of service. A certificate of service is not required for any document e-filed and e-served through the E-system.
