Rule 18 Prehearing Motions

All prehearing motions shall be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to a scheduled hearing, unless, upon good cause shown, the Supreme Court waives the time requirement. A single justice, designated by the panel, may consider discovery matters and any motion not excluded under NMI SUP. CT. R. 27-2(c).
