Rule 21 Hearing
Rule Text
If the Supreme Court decides that formal disciplinary charges are warranted, it shall set a time for a hearing and shall give notice of such hearing to the Subject Judge, Prosecutor, and the complainant at least thirty (30) days prior to the date set.
