Rule 85 Title

This is simply the official name for Ohio's set of court rules that govern civil cases. People and lawyers can refer to them as either the "Civil Rules" or use the abbreviation "Civ.R." when writing about them.

If you ever see "Civ.R." followed by a number in a legal document, it is pointing to a specific rule in this set. For example, "Civ.R. 85" refers to Rule 85 of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure.
