Rule 48 Title

This is simply the official name for the set of court rules used in Ohio's juvenile courts. When lawyers, judges, or court documents need to refer to these rules, they can use either "Juvenile Rules" or the abbreviation "Juv.R." followed by the specific rule number.

You might see this shorthand in court papers or legal documents. For example, "Juv.R. 10" would point you to Rule 10 in this set of rules.
