Sec 2.5 Removal

If a Commission member skips three regular meetings in a row, it doesn't matter why they missed them. They automatically lose their seat on the Commission. When that happens, the empty seat gets filled the same way it was filled the first time, following the process laid out in Rule 2.1.

A member can also be removed for a specific reason, called "cause." The person or group that originally appointed the member has the power to do this. If a member is removed for cause and disagrees with the decision, they can challenge it. They would do this by filing a civil appeal with the Court.
