Sec 3.5 Special Trial Attorneys

When a disciplinary case comes up, the General Counsel can ask for extra help handling it. The Professional Responsibility Commission can then hire one or more lawyers from the Association to act as prosecutors for that specific case.

This means the regular disciplinary staff doesn't always have to handle every case alone. If a case needs special expertise or extra hands, outside lawyers who are already members of the Association can step in to prosecute it. This gives the Commission flexibility to bring in the right people for cases that need it.
