Article I Section 1. Control of Association
The control and administration of the Association shall be vested in a House of Delegates composed of active and senior members of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

This rule explains who runs the Oklahoma Bar Association. A group called the House of Delegates is in charge of managing the Association and making decisions for it.
The House of Delegates is made up of members who are either active or senior members of the bar. This means everyday decisions and oversight of the Association don't fall to just one person or a small group. Instead, this larger body of experienced lawyers holds that responsibility.
