The Oklahoma Bar Association has four main leaders. Three of them, the President, Vice-President, and President-Elect, are chosen through an election every year. The way these elections work is spelled out in the Association's Bylaws.
The fourth leader is the Executive Director. This person is not elected by members. Instead, they are chosen following a separate process laid out in Article VI of the Association's rules. This role tends to focus more on the daily operations and management of the Association, rather than the elected leadership positions.
