Art VIII Sec 3 Penalty

If a member doesn't pay their bar dues by July 1 of that year, they get charged extra. The penalty is equal to the full amount of their regular annual dues, so they end up owing double what they originally owed.

This rule pushes members to pay on time. Waiting past the deadline doesn't just delay payment, it doubles the cost. Anyone who misses the July 1 date should expect to pay twice as much as they would have if they'd paid on time.
