Art XIII Sec 2 Compensation of Members

Members of the Bar Examiners get paid back for their travel and other costs when they do this work. They also get paid for their time, but the Oklahoma Supreme Court decides how much that payment will be.

This rule simply sets up how the people who create and grade the bar exam are compensated. It makes sure they are not stuck covering their own costs out of pocket while serving in this role. At the same time, it keeps control over their pay in the hands of the Supreme Court, so the amount is decided consistently rather than left up to the examiners themselves.
