Here's a plain English summary of this rule:
If someone serves on the Board of Bar Examiners and misses three meetings of the Board in a row, they automatically lose their seat on the Board. This happens no matter what the reason is for missing those meetings. It doesn't matter if the absences were due to illness, work conflicts, or anything else.
Once a member loses their seat this way, the position becomes open. The Oklahoma Supreme Court then picks someone new to fill that empty spot on the Board.
