§ 1195 Garnishment bond not required when state is plaintiff.

When the State of Oklahoma is the one suing someone and wants to garnish money or property (like wages or a bank account) from a third party, it does not have to post a bond first. Normally, a plaintiff seeking garnishment has to put up a bond to protect the other side in case the garnishment turns out to be wrongful. This rule removes that requirement when the state itself is the plaintiff.

Instead of a bond, the state only needs to file the proper affidavits. Once those affidavits are filed, the court can issue the garnishment writ right away. This makes it easier and faster for the state to collect money it's owed without the extra step of securing a bond.
