§ 1221 Different attachments of same property.

If the same officer attaches the same property more than once in different cases, they don't have to repeat all the paperwork each time. One list of the property and one appraisal of its value can cover all the attachments.

The officer also only needs to file that paperwork with one court order, not with every single order tied to each attachment. This saves time and avoids doing the same work over and over when multiple cases involve the same property.
