§ 1277.8A Renumbered as § 119.1 of Title 43 by Laws 1990, c. 171, § 3, operative July 1, 1990 and Laws 1990, c. 188, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.

This rule number no longer exists on its own. It was moved to a different part of Oklahoma law. What used to be Rule 1277.8A in Title 12 is now found in Title 43, Section 119.1.

This change happened back in 1990 through two separate laws passed that year. Lawmakers decided the content fit better under Title 43, which covers marriage and family law topics, instead of Title 12, which covers civil procedure.
