§ 136 Actions against turnpike companies.

If you want to sue a turnpike company, you can file your lawsuit in any county where part of the turnpike road is located. This gives you some flexibility in picking where to bring the case, instead of being limited to just one specific county.

This rule applies to general lawsuits against turnpike companies. It does not cover the specific types of cases mentioned earlier in this same section of the law, since those have their own separate rules about where they can be filed. For most other legal claims against a turnpike company, though, any county touched by the road is a valid place to file.
