§ 1395 Counter affidavits or evidence.

If a defendant asks the court to dissolve or change an injunction and backs up that request with affidavits or other evidence, the person who got the injunction (the plaintiff) gets a chance to fight back. The plaintiff can submit their own affidavits or evidence to counter what the defendant presented. This is on top of whatever evidence was already used to get the injunction in the first place.

This rule only kicks in when the defendant actually brings new evidence to the table. If the defendant doesn't submit affidavits or other evidence, the plaintiff doesn't get this extra chance to respond with more proof. The point is to keep things fair. If one side brings new evidence to try to undo the injunction, the other side should get a fair shot to counter it.
