This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law in 2013.

Before it was removed, the Oklahoma Supreme Court had already ruled that this law was unconstitutional. This happened in a court case called Douglas v. Cox Retirement Properties, Inc. Because the court struck it down, lawmakers formally repealed it to clean up the state's legal code.
