§ 1444 Repealed by Laws 1980, c. 68, § 1, emerg. eff. April 10, 1980.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers canceled it back in 1980 through a law that took effect immediately on April 10 of that year.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention Rule 1444, keep in mind it hasn't applied for over 40 years. Any current questions about civil procedure in Oklahoma would need to be answered by looking at the rules that replaced it or are currently in effect.
