This rule number no longer exists as written. It was moved to a different part of Oklahoma law back in 1990. You can now find this rule under Title 43, Section 324 instead.

Title 43 covers family law matters, so this change tells us the rule likely deals with issues like divorce, child custody, or related family court matters. If you're trying to research this topic, you should look up Title 43, Section 324 to find the current, correct version of the rule. Laws get renumbered sometimes to keep related topics organized together, and this is a case where lawmakers decided this particular rule fit better under family law statutes.

If you're working on a legal matter and came across a reference to this old rule number, make sure you're looking at the updated version. Using outdated rule numbers in legal documents or research can cause confusion or delays.
