§ 1605 Repealed by Laws 1953, p. 64, § 31.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law back in 1953, when the state legislature repealed it as part of a broader update to the civil procedure laws.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no legal effect today. If you come across a reference to Rule 1605 in older documents or case law, it does not apply to current cases. Any rights, procedures, or requirements it once covered have either been eliminated or replaced by other rules that were in effect at the time or added later.

If you are researching a legal issue and find a citation to this rule, you will need to look at what replaced it or check current Oklahoma civil procedure law instead. An attorney or updated legal resource can help you find the rule that actually governs your situation today.
