§ 1812 Director - Powers and duties.

This rule gives the Director the authority to run the programs covered by this law. The Director can do whatever is reasonably needed to carry out the law's goals.

The Director must also create official rules to put the law into action. These rules have to include a way to regularly check on and review how the centers are performing, so problems can be caught and fixed over time.

Finally, the Director is allowed to hire extra staff if more people are needed to get the job done. This gives the Director some flexibility to build a team that can properly manage the programs required by this law.
