This rule no longer exists. Lawmakers passed it in 2009, but the Oklahoma Supreme Court struck it down in 2013 in a case called Douglas v. Cox Retirement Properties, Inc. The court found the law was unconstitutional, which means it violated the state constitution and could not be enforced.

After the court's decision, the legislature officially removed this rule from the books later in 2013. If you are looking for information on this topic, you need to check Title 12, Section 19.1 instead. That section replaced the old rule.
