§ 245 Repealed by Laws 1984, c. 164, § 32, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers canceled it back in 1984, and it stopped being active on November 1 of that year.

If you're looking at older legal documents or court cases that mention this rule, keep in mind it doesn't apply anymore. Any legal questions that used to fall under this rule are now handled by other current rules in Oklahoma's civil procedure laws. If you need to know what rule replaced it or how similar issues are handled today, you should check the current version of Title 12 or ask a legal professional for guidance.
