§ 25.1 Repealed by Laws 1993, c. 351, § 29, eff. Oct. 1, 1993.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers removed it from the books back in 1993, and it stopped being valid law on October 1 of that year.

If you're looking at older documents or case files that mention Rule 25.1, keep in mind it hasn't applied to any case since 1993. Any rights, procedures, or requirements it used to cover have either been replaced by other rules or are no longer part of Oklahoma civil procedure at all.
