§ 32.3 Repealed by Laws 1993, c. 351, § 29, eff. Oct. 1, 1993.

This rule no longer exists. Lawmakers removed it back in 1993, and it stopped being law on October 1 of that year.

If you come across a reference to Rule 32.3 in older documents or cases, it won't apply to anything happening today. Courts and lawyers wouldn't use this rule now, since it was taken off the books over 30 years ago. If you're looking for current rules on this topic, you'll need to check what replaced it or look at the civil procedure rules that are actually in effect now.
