§ 385 Repealed by Laws 1978, c. 285, § 1102, eff. Oct. 1, 1978.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from the law back in 1978, when the Oklahoma Legislature passed changes that took effect on October 1 of that year.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no legal effect today. If you come across a reference to Rule 385 in older documents or case law, it means the rule that used to be there has been eliminated and replaced by other laws or procedures. You would need to look at current Oklahoma civil procedure rules to find out what governs the situation now.
