§ 418.2 Repealed by Laws 1978, c. 285, § 1102, eff. Oct. 1, 1978.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers canceled it back in 1978 through a law that took effect on October 1 of that year.

Since the rule was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, know that it was removed from the books decades ago and doesn't apply to current cases. You'll want to check current Oklahoma civil procedure rules to find out what law actually applies to your situation now.
