§ 51 Style of process.

This rule explains how official court documents, called process, must be set up. Every piece of process has to start with the words "The State of Oklahoma" at the top. This shows that the document is coming from the court system, not just from one person suing another.

The document also needs a few other things to be valid. It must carry the official seal of the court that issued it, and the court clerk has to sign it. Finally, it needs to show the date it was issued.

These requirements make sure that court papers, like summonses, look official and can be trusted. If someone receives a document like this, these markings tell them it really came from the court and not from someone trying to fake a legal notice.
