§ 538.3 Repealed by Laws 1982, c. 198, § 16.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers removed it back in 1982 when they passed a law (Laws 1982, c. 198, § 16) that officially took it off the books.

Since the rule was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking into an older case or document that references this rule, keep in mind it was only in force before 1982. For any current legal matters, you'll need to look at the rules that replaced it or are currently in effect under Oklahoma's civil procedure laws.

If you're not sure what rule now covers the topic this one used to address, it's a good idea to check with a local attorney or look at the current version of Title 12 to find the updated rule.
