If you lose a case and want to appeal, you have to follow the same steps and deadlines that apply to any other civil court appeal. This rule doesn't create special or different appeal steps. Instead, it just points you back to the regular civil procedure rules that already explain how and when to file an appeal.

In practice, this means if the district or superior court makes a final decision in your case, you appeal it the same way you would appeal any other civil judgment. You need to file within the same time limits and follow the same process laid out elsewhere in the civil procedure code. There's no separate or unique appeal process just because of the type of case this rule covers.
