§ 634 Repealed by Laws 1961, p. 64, § 1.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from the law back in 1961, so it has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention Rule 634, keep in mind they were referring to a rule that was in place before 1961. Any current legal question should be answered by looking at the civil procedure rules that are active now, not this repealed one.

If you're trying to research a specific legal issue, it's best to check the current version of Oklahoma's Title 12 rules or ask someone familiar with today's procedures. This repealed rule won't help with any case or filing today.
