§ 704 Renumbered as Section 32.1 of this title by Laws 1972, c. 119, § 5, emerg. eff. March 31, 1972.

This rule number no longer exists on its own. It was moved and renumbered as Section 32.1 of Title 12, and this change happened back in 1972.

If you're looking for the content that used to be under Rule 704, you'll need to check Section 32.1 instead. The actual legal requirements didn't disappear, they just got a new address in the law books. This kind of renumbering happens sometimes when lawmakers reorganize how the statutes are laid out, but it doesn't usually change what the rule actually says or does.
