§ 715 Repealed by Laws 2009, c. 283, § 13, eff. Nov. 1, 2009.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers removed it from the books back in 2009, and the change took effect on November 1st of that year.

If you're looking at older legal documents or case files that mention this rule, keep in mind it doesn't apply anymore. Any rights, procedures, or requirements it used to cover have either been eliminated or moved somewhere else in the law. If you need to know how this area of law works today, you'll want to check current Oklahoma statutes instead of relying on this repealed section.
