§ 770 Other executions of realty not sold.

If land or buildings get levied on to satisfy a debt but don't sell during the first attempt, the court doesn't have to start over. New execution orders can be issued to try to sell that same property again.

This means creditors get more than one chance to sell the property through the court process. The property stays under the original levy, and the court can keep issuing new sale orders until the property actually sells or the debt gets resolved another way.
