§ 80 Repealed by Laws 1984, c. 164, § 32, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law back in 1984, when the state legislature passed a law that eliminated it.

Because Rule 80 was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you come across a reference to this rule in older documents or case law, you'll need to look at what replaced it or find the current rule that covers the same topic. Courts and lawyers dealing with this area of civil procedure now rely on whatever provisions took its place after 1984.

If you're researching a case or trying to understand your legal rights, don't rely on Rule 80 itself. Instead, check Oklahoma's current civil procedure rules to find the section that applies to your situation now.
