§ 934 Repealed by Laws 1991, c. 165, § 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers canceled it back in 1991, and it stopped being active law on September 1 of that year.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, keep in mind it doesn't apply anymore. Any legal question that used to be covered by this rule would now be handled by whatever current law replaced it, if anything did. If you need to know what rule applies to your situation today, you'll want to check the current version of Oklahoma's civil procedure laws instead of relying on this one.
