§ 94 Persons under disability - Time to sue to recover realty.

If you own real estate and have a legal right to sue to get it back, but you're facing some kind of legal disability when that right first comes up, you get extra time to file your case. Once that disability goes away, you have two years to bring your lawsuit.

A "legal disability" usually means something like being a minor or having a condition that keeps you from managing your own legal affairs. The normal deadline to sue over real property doesn't start counting against you until your disability ends. This gives people who couldn't act for themselves a fair chance to protect their property rights once they're able to do so.

For example, if someone was entitled to reclaim a piece of land but was under a legal disability at the time, the clock on their two-year deadline doesn't start until that disability is lifted. This rule exists to make sure people aren't unfairly locked out of court just because they couldn't act sooner.
